You drop your car off at Luton Airport Car Park, Level 3 — our official, authorised handover location inside the airport car park. This is not the short-stay drop-off zone. Directions are in your confirmation email.

How do I get my car back on return?

Call us from baggage reclaim once you've landed. By the time you exit the terminal, your car will be ready and waiting at Level 3 Car Park. No shuttle, no waiting — straight to your vehicle.

Who will be handling my vehicle?

Our trained, professional staff handle every vehicle. All staff hold a full UK driving licence and are vetted and trained to our exacting service standards.

Are you available for early morning or late-night flights?

Absolutely. Our team is on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends, bank holidays, and Christmas. However unusual your flight time, we will be there.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all incoming flights and know about delays before you land. Your vehicle is stored safely in the managed Level 3 car park for as long as needed — no extra charge for flight delays.

Just give us a call on our departure phone number 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport. Follow the signs for the short term car park which is situated only 3 minutes walk to the terminal, where our driver will be waiting to meet you. (Departure phone number will be sent with the booking confirmation via email).
Just complete an online booking form and you will be taken to our secure payment site which accepts all major debit and credit cards and paypal. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the reference number once the payment is completed.
