On the day of your departure, drive directly to Luton Airport Car Park, Level 3. This is our official, authorised handover point — inside the airport car park itself, not the short-stay pick-up/drop-off zone on the roadside.
Our staff will greet you at our dedicated check-in desk on Level 3. We will verify your booking reference, complete a full vehicle condition check, and take handover of your keys. This is a proper, documented handover — not a roadside key exchange.
With check-in complete, simply walk the short distance from Level 3 to the terminal and head straight through to departures. Leave your car worries with us — we'll take it from here.
When you land, call us from baggage reclaim using the number in your confirmation email. We'll have your vehicle ready and waiting at Level 3 by the time you arrive — no waiting around, no fuss.
